The following criteria was utilized in reference to endorsements:

 1.  Responded to questions prepared by the Business Advocacy Committee

 2.  Accepted invitation to participate in the interview process

 3.  Past voting record, if applicable, with Great Falls Area Chamber legislative issues

 4.  Past voting record, if applicable, with the Montana Chamber legislative issues

 5.  Stated positions regarding business in general

 6.  Positions compared to the mission and goals of the Great Falls Area Chamber

 7.  Recommendations were made to the Great Falls Chamber Board of Directors

 8.  Board action culminated in approved endorsements

Notes: 

 1.  If a potential candidate did not choose to participate in the interview process, they were not considered for endorsement.

 2.  Both Cascade County Sheriff candidates were considered to be equal regarding support of the mission and goals of the     Great Falls Chamber and the business community at large.
