Regional Growth Alliance will not be meeting in July. The next meeting will be on Friday, August 6, 2004, at 7 am at the Civic Center. At this time we plan to invite the “Montana on the Move” group from Missoula. Although the agenda has not been finalized, we anticipate the session taking most of the morning. The discussion will focus on the reality facing Montana; we are becoming an urban state and are technology driven.

Daniel Kemmis and Dr Larry Swanson from the O’Conner Center for the Rocky Mountain West, University of Montana will explain the rationale, goals of the initiative, its importance and how to build on recent and on-going efforts.
