Leadership Great Falls

Applications will open in the spring for the Class of 2024-2025.

Leadership Great Falls Program

Since its inception, in 1978, nearly 1,500 community leaders have graduated from the Leadership Great Falls program. Leadership Great Falls is a community-wide program designed to identify, educate and motivate potential leaders for the betterment of Great Falls community: banking/finance, healthcare, agriculture, retail business, government and many other industries, large and small. Leadership graduates, in turn, become active community role models. They motivate the local workforce, become engaged in civic organizations, serve as a sounding board for area businesses and provide countless hours of volunteer time.

Leadership Great Falls Class of 2024 Project

Eagle Mount Great Falls provides therapeutic recreational opportunities for children and adults with physical, developmental, behavioral and mental challenges to help improve the quality of life for them and their families.

Eagle Mount Great Falls’ EMPACT program, equine assisted activities and small animal program provide tremendous positive impacts on participants’ physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.  These program participants are of all ages and benefit greatly from the support these animals provide.

While there is no questioning the positive effects of these programs, being able to provide them requires daily labor and upkeep to Eagle Mount Great Falls’ facility, stalls and arena.  Eagle Mount Great Falls is run by a limited number of staff and the help of volunteers.  To reduce the manpower needed for landscaping, property maintenance, mucking and other labor intensive property upkeep, Eagle Mount is looking to acquire a tractor.

Leadership Great Falls Class of 2024 recognizes this need and has set a goal to raise $45,000 to provide a tractor to Eagle Mount Great Falls.  The amount raised will determine if the tractor will include a cab to protect the operator from cold Montana elements, and function and a higher level with increased horsepower and lifting capacity for the larger projects the property upkeep and maintenance requires. Any excess funds will be used for animal sponsorships or other items on their wish list.

Leadership Great Falls Class of 2024 invites our generous community to rally together to show our support of this amazing organization by raising the funding needed to meet this goal.
