Leadership High School

​Leadership High School is an immersive program designed to inspire and equip the next generation of community leaders. Through hands-on experiences, behind-the-scenes tours, and meaningful conversations with local decision-makers, students gain real-world insight into the industries, organizations, and systems that shape our community.

Participants develop leadership skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and civic engagement while building relationships with peers and mentors. From business and government to agriculture and public safety, students explore career pathways and discover how they can make a difference right here at home.

Leadership Great Falls 

Leadership Great Falls is a premier adult leadership development program designed to cultivate informed, connected, and engaged community leaders. Through a series of in-depth sessions, participants gain firsthand exposure to the key sectors that drive our region — including economic development, healthcare, education, public safety, government, and more.

The program fosters meaningful connections among professionals across industries while strengthening leadership capacity through collaboration, dialogue, and experiential learning. Participants leave with a deeper understanding of community challenges and opportunities — and the relationships needed to help shape solutions.
