What We Do.
The Leadership Development Committee oversees and supports the Chamber’s Leadership programs, ensuring meaningful experiences that connect participants with community leaders, industries, and civic institutions. The committee helps shape program content, identifies speakers and site visits, and fosters opportunities for leadership growth, collaboration, and civic awareness. Through mentorship, engagement, and strategic partnerships, the committee plays a key role in developing informed, confident leaders who are invested in the future of our community.
Meet Our Chairs

Lorene Jaynes has been the Director of Operations for the Great Falls Chamber of Commerce for four and a half years. Overseeing daily operations and supporting the organization’s mission to promote local businesses. |
Erin Townsend is the Regional Business Lead with Bravera Bank. She has been in the financial services industry since 1999, with a broad background that includes consumer and commercial lending, cash management, and executive leadership. |
Lanni Klasner is the Communications Manager for Calumet, where she leads strategic communications efforts that support transparency, community engagement, and organizational goals. |
